Jack Marks is a 16-year-old boy who comes to the clinic complaining of symptoms of a sexually transmitted disease (STD). He receives antibiotics, and you give him information about safe sex and preventing STDs. Two months later, he returns to the clinic with similar symptoms. It is clear that he has not followed instructions and has no intention of doing so. He tells you he’s a regular jock and just can’t get used to the idea of condoms.
