The client company is“the cricket bakery”
For the purposes of this project the task is to develop a business strategy for the company (The Cricket Bakery) that needs to primarily change the public’s perception of consuming insects as food for humans, to be able to grow their market presence and achieve a sizeable market share.
The objectives are as follows:
• To design an aggressive marketing and in-store promotional campaign that will result in the increased sales of 20 % in the next 3-6 months and increased (issue) awareness among selected demographics (2 market segments – primary and secondary).
Define markets, product portfolios and appropriate strategies – explain how
they should be executed and list all potential costs.
