In my current position, I am a remote medical coder at Texas health resources with qualified experience in centricity GE, Epic, Optum, 3M, OnBase, Win Surge, and lab information system (LIS). Moreover, I am comfortable with assigning ICD10-CM and CPT codes to selected medical records per coding guidelines, THR coding compliance policies, and CMS. I am also an active member at the American Academy of Professional Coders (#013322281) and The American Health Information Management AssociationAHIMA (2602394) with impeccable knowledge of advanced anatomy, physiology, and medical terminologies, which will help me in attaining the ideal results.

Through my experiences, I have acquired the ultimate understanding of accurately coding pathology reports using the correct ICD9/10 and CPT codes on an average of 330 counts per day, verifying accurate accounts for accurate CPT coding. I was a group leader of data entry and processing of claims personnel in the US arm.Additionally, I have handled the mandate of reviewing all medical records and determining the accurate assignment of all documented diagnoses and procedures at a staffing agency from 2016 to 2018.

I attribute the success and achievements I have made thus far to the training and education that I have accrued over the years; I have a Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, a Health Information diploma from CCI Training Center, Dallas Campus, and a salesforce administrator certification from Salesforce Military Trailblazer Trail. Thus, I believe I have all the prerequisite skills to handle this position comfortably.
