Instructions as noted in your Proposal guidelines, will present an argument supported by academic research. You will be focusing on a research question related to the topic of this course: Educational Technology. It may be something that you have already written about for this course but wish to research further.   This paper will incorporate EIGHT sources total, FIVE of which are peer-reviewed scholarly sources; only one of these texts may be an assigned course reading, and the rest should be acquired from your own research. Use your Annotated Bibliography as a guide, but feel free to switch out a source if you no longer find it useful. The works cited list for this paper should not be annotated.   Outline ( FEEL FREE TO SWITCH UP THINGS OF NEEDED) INTRODUCTION A. A brief history of the development of digitalization.   B. Connect argument to evidence     Proposed argument The research paper will explore the education reforms for better learning and instructing in the Digital Age. The world is currently digitalizing every institution and is constantly penetrating education institutions and learning activities. With the technology era, there is a need for an education system that applies new digital skills (Saiful and Jahan, p.70). Therefore, the research will examine how learning institutions can best fit the digital age for efficient digital skills access. Nevertheless, every government is putting much effort into incorporating such education systems through allocating resources to implement new technologies in learning institutions. As a government’s primary concern, education reforms have become a vital component in policymaking at all government levels. However, the governments should be focused on effecting such reforms; thus, they should positively influence transformation into the digital era. The changes should aim at providing skills and knowledge which contribute to digital technology. The reforms should also best support all society members as some extra resources and skills may be required to implement such changes in specific communities. Some of the critical issues to address in the reform include equipping educators with new technology content and approaches to develop appropriate strategies and providing relevant skills to students. Also, the reforms should explore proper communication to enable collaboration between teachers and administrators as well as with students and parents (Machekhina, n.p). Additionally, the new education structure should encourage coherence between education policymakers’ key elements to develop relevant guiding visions. The reforms should also consider capacity building to meet the needs of schools in marginalized areas and disadvantaged individuals and institutions. Some of the critical issues in implementing the reforms include policy integration, which depends on unprecedented consensus among the education stakeholders for purposeful coordination at all education system levels. According to Brent and David (p.3), the education system’s decentralized organization enables a beneficial connection between the major stakeholders, for example, the American education system. Teacher professional development should also be a vital concern of the education reform for useful teacher knowledge and skill capacity. However, there are limiting factors that should be addressed when implementing the reforms. For example, state politics is a significant factor in the implementation of such change; it dictates the funding process and organization of the change programs as well as policymaking (Grand-Clement et al., p.10). Also, a lack of information about the new technical education system may limit the teachers from participating in the change (Rahman, n.p). Plan for further research This research will be a successful study that will provide oversight of the new education reforms, which covers essential issues and concepts for a better education system. I will develop integrated meta-protocols with an analysis of the existing tests and studies to confirm my arguments. The secondary resources provide sufficient background of my research; thus, they form the major component of my writing. Reviewing the already existing literature will improve the reliability and credibility of my research. Additionally, I will incorporate both primary and secondary methods to collect the necessary data to analyze the study question. The primary data collection will entail interviews with various schools, sending out questionnaires to education stakeholders and schools. The secondary methods entail mainly the literature readings and case studies. The significant challenges that will limit my research are lack of resources like sending out the questionnaires and carrying out the interview. Also, I find it challenging to manage my time; as such, I must concentrate on other schoolwork as well as other daily activities. sources that were used Edwards Jr, D.
