Draw up a PESTLE and SWOT for your organization. You may find it helpful just to focus on the current approach to performance management, rather than the entirety of HRM activity, but take whichever approach is most useful for you. For PESTLE, consider the environmental factors likely to impact on how your organization can and should performance manage its human resource over the next few years. You may find it helpful to talk to other members of the HR team and gain their views. For the SWOT analysis, complete the template provided in Table 3.1.
