For this discussion, it has come to your attention that a friend is planning to start his own neighborhood restaurant. He claims that he does not need a business plan because he is not going to seek a bank loan, and—at least initially—he does not plan to hire many employees because the restaurant will be run by family members.

Create a list of at least 5 reasons why he should create a business plan, in the process explaining why it will be valuable for his new enterprise.
