Behavioral reinforcement

You are the parent of a three-year-old daughter. The teacher said they can’t come back to the daycare until they learn to keep on their shoes – no flip flops allowed. So, you play her favorite movie before and while you put on the shoes before school for a week. Now she sticks out her feet and is happy to comply and the teacher says that she is keeping them on all day.
