• What is Chimni’s concern? Is his concern valid—should developing and developed countries be concerned about the imposition of global administrative law? Or is Chimni off base, that is, countries are members of international organizations and, as such, member-states must interact with international organizations to ensure the appropriate creation of public policies that impact member-states?
