Hello,  There is no software needed! Please follow the below to complete section 2.  In regards to this paper, please make sure to include 4 or more references. 5–7 pages, double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch margins, and discipline-appropriate citations.  You can complete Section II, items A and B without the software.  Then proceed as follows: Item C Research the jobs you selected on free salary estimate sites and on the US Bureau of Labor Statistics which provides salary data by title and region; https://www.bls.gov/bls/blswage.htm.  Some other sites include Salary.com, Glassdoor, Payscale, Indeed and Simply Hired.  Research adjustments for cost of living in the location where e-sonic intends to operate Apply some discussion around leading, lagging or matching the market to the results you found on the salary research sites.  We will assume the salary research sites revealed information similar to our benchmark jobs.  As such, you can also incorporate the discussion of whether your jobs would match the benchmark jobs or require more or less experience and talent than the benchmark jobs. ALL STUDENTS – you do not need to complete Item C, 3. Update salary data for inflation using the CPI-U.  It is a great exercise to perform, but I will not deduct points if this is missing.   Item D ALL STUDENTS – you do not need to complete Item D, 1. Report and interpret results of regression analysis.  It is a great exercise to perform if you have used the Companlysis software for your paper, but I will not deduct points if this is missing. Based on your findings and discussion of geography, benchmark jobs, importance of the role to e-sonic, you can then include narrative around your final determination for the salary ranges for your four jobs.  Please include these ranges in a table in your paper. Please be sure to include a summary of your decisions.
