Individual Reflection – Leadership & Motivation Class

Description

Assignment = Written individual process reflection of your Leadership & Motivation experiences with the concepts, instruments, discussions in  class. (The class started in November 2020 and will last until January 2021). Be selective on chosing the content: It does not make much sense to reflect the whole course, the idea is that you choose those themes  which you find or found most interesting in working with, in discussing in the seminar or in the self assessments provided. Simply: where you feel most motivated for a deeper diver. Make sure it is tied to the attached presentation with proper APA citations reflecting the content the presentation. Formal Requirements = min. 7500 characters, min 10 literature sources (most of these should match the ones used in the presentation), the paper can be written in the 1st person as it’s an individual reflection on the learnings from the classPresentation Leadership and Motivation 2020_4
