Debt relief to help protect HIPC while still allowing them to continue their economic and social development

Hello! I attend univeristy in the UK. I have a 1,000 word policy briefing report to submit by the late evening of December 2nd on any topic of my choice, as long as it’s somewhat business related and relevant. I have attached a sample policy briefing from a previous year that my professor sent us.  I’ve chosen the topic, “Debt relief to hekp protect HIPC countries while still allowing them to continue their economic and social development, however I am open to other topic suggestions.
