Instructions: For the Portfolio Project that is due in Week 8, you will develop a complete Risk Management Plan and Risk Register for a project. Select a project within your industry, or within an industry in which you would choose to work as a project manager. Submit an executive summary of your selection (high-level project charter) for a grade. You will also begin to outline a Risk Management Plan for this project and add to it each week. This will be submitted as part of your Portfolio Project in Module 8. Your executive summary should meet the following requirements: Be 1-2 pages in length, not including the cover and references pages.
