Describe optimum conditions for ideal preharvest and postharvest handling. Describe the challenges, limiting factors, etc. for maintaining quality and minimizing losses. Guidelines: This paper should be prepared as a draft for a publication to potentially be used by growers, extension workers, buyers, or others. Paper should be 5-7 typed double spaced pages in length. More is not necessarily better, but if it needs to be longer to properly cover the subject that is acceptable.
