Project 2: Introduction to Tableau Desktop (80 points).  (Project details begin on p. 2 of this document) This project introduces you to Tableau Desktop, which is business intelligence software that allows anyone to easily connect to data, then visualize and create interactive, sharable dashboards. It’s easy enough to learn, but powerful enough to satisfy even the most complex analytical problems. The expectation from Project 2 is that you will be introduced to Tableau Desktop, so that you will understand how it can bring data to life in colorful, insightful visualizations—and use it in the future as part of your work. Follow these instructions for downloading Tableau Desktop: Note: Tableau can be operated on Windows 7 or later Mac OSX 10.10 or later.
