Logic Model

Project Logic ModelDevelop a project logic model for you newly proposed/modified intervention/program. The logic model should have an accompanying narrative that provides detailed information/itemization of all program elements classified as inputs, throughputs/processes/activities, outputs, and outcomes (whether short-term, intermediate, and/or long-term).
