Op-ed on California’s ban on gas vehicles

Please write an op-ed addressing California’s ban on gas cars and analyze the health effects associated with the ban (asthma and other respiratory diseases) and back it up with scientific evidence. Moreover, please provide some recommendations to other states to come up with stricter fuel economy rules, (ban on gas cars or carbon tax) especially for states that are suffering from wildfires.
