COVID restrictions in omace and numbers based in states

Topic: take actual state reported COVID numbers and look at the restrictions by numbered region and report out from there, I will take that.  Just be sure to mark in your graphs when the restrictions were made or lifted.  utilizing a few locations as comparisons. Different states Just one area may not be telling enough as many areas have different restrictions.
Off the top of my head I’m thinking about choosing some different states. Illinois, Wisconsin, Florida and probably New York and one other state.
