Objective 6 Narrative Requirements  Provide a narrative description of how you carry out the nursing process to develop a comprehensive plan of care for a patient. Describe how you involve the patient in development of his/her plan of care. Address how you incorporate holistic care concepts into the provision of patient care. Address how you incorporate evidence-based practice guidelines into your plan of care. Utilizing the case study you developed in #1, discuss the plans you developed to address the identified nursing diagnoses.
