For this assignment, you will utilize an online survey platform (Qualtrics, Google Forms, Survey Monkey, etc.) to create a short survey on a topic related to education or nonprofit leadership.  Please distribute the survey to at least 10 individuals, gather and analyze results, and write a 1-page summary of the survey results. You may use either qualitative or quantitative assessment tools/methods.
